Challenge
To become a yoga Teacher I trained at Rainbow Light Yoga (now called Awake Space) in November 2016. This was a huge milestone in my life. And one that has a very special place in my heart. Sunshine Ross and her beautiful family are so kind and genuine. So when they reached out and asked for some pieces for their blog of course I was happy to respond! So here it is.....

Process
This was an easy process. For me it is about being. Existing. Living in the moment. Living your best life. Being grateful, appreciative and thankful. Sunshine believed in me to become a Yoga Teacher and for that I will be eternally grateful.
Solution
I just wanted to strip back bare the thoughts and stereotypical perception and write what being a Yoga Teacher meant to me. Simple as that.
