Challenge
I originally approached Phoenix Association about fostering a dog! Then I got in contact with Jennifer Brahma regarding fostering cats and kittens. I offered to help support them with my administration skills and have since then helped on numerous things such as website input, flyer creation, and keeping up to date with cat/kitten fostering and updating logistics and spreadsheet analysis.
Process
Everybody who work at Phoenix do it voluntarily. So we all work together as a team and help each other to achieve what we can for the animals.
Solution
We all work together and whenever I am asked to provide administration assistance I try my best to help.
