Challenge
Chris arrived in France several years ago, and was launching his business in the Dordogne. He needed a presence so was registered on several websites (AngoInfo for example). I created a Facebook page and name, and when asked write up details on Facebook and publish to several relative sites to gain further exposure. Business cards were created with Chris' input on design and a website on a free platform was created.
During the month I provide Chris with a PA support. Writing Devis and invoices and liasing with customers regarding information, and chasing for payment.
Process
Chris is a busy artisan and has little time for 'social media' and technology and administration. I offer a bespoke package of assistance throughout.
Solution
Chris was a little daunted at first so with regular contact and ideas we worked progressively to get him known initially on Facebook and then surrounding areas. We distributed business cards at local shops and wrote regular Facebook posts. Now Chris is so busy I am doing all his business administration to keep him available to his clients and out on the road!
